Alasdair Fulton is an Operations Technical Services Team Leader at Wood PLC. In this position he is leading a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians, optimising, assessing and improving wind turbines. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Engineering focusing on Offshore Renewable Energy from the University of Strathclyde.

Dr Kirsten Dyer is the Senior Research Materials Engineer who responsible for all materials related research for ORE Catapult and specialises in wind turbine blade erosion. She is technically responsible for the rain erosion test rig for commercial customer testing, and for all rain erosion research projects. She previously worked for Siemens Gamesa on wind turbines, and BAE Systems on civil and military aircraft supporting material qualification and production activities, mainly on non-metallic materials. She has a degree and PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Wales Swansea.

Karl Fatrdla is International Sales Manager at eologix sensor technology and also responsible for further business development. After his diploma thesis on the Ecole Central de Paris and graduating as a mechanical engineer from the Vienna University of Technology, Karl gained various experiences in the renewable energy industry (i.e. former Director Sales South Easter Europe at Vestas and General Manager at ROMO Wind Deutschland GmbH).
