Complementary to our sensor systems we offer our customers our eologix:care Packages. These packages offer our customers the possibility of a professional ongoing support, whereby possible downtimes of our customer’s wind turbines are reduced to a minimum. In addition, preventive steps improve the availability of the systems and turbines.
All eologix:care packages require an online connection. I.e. the eologix sensor system must be able to connect to the eologix network via a local network connection (“site to site VPN”). Alternatively, eologix offers the possibility to establish a mobile data connection for the integration of the eologix system into the eologix network.
